Pulsed Media Token Booster

Token Booster is a Pulsed Media extra that gives one service more AI credits. Its full price comes back to the account as AI credits, and the credits the service already earns grow by 25%, 50% or 100% on top. From 2.49 EUR a month on an M10G S, that is about 2.6 million more credits a month, enough for about 200 questions to Pikkumies.
Levels
| Level | Monthly price | AI credits back from the booster | Extra on the service's own AI credits |

| +50% | 4.99 EUR | 4,990,000 | 50% more |
| +100% | 9.99 EUR | 9,990,000 | twice as many |
Prices exclude VAT. Accounts billed in USD or AUD see the prices in their own currency.

Worked examples
An M10G S at its list price of 8.99 EUR a month earns 449,500 AI credits a month, with no account bonus.
- +25%: 2,490,000 credits back and 112,375 more on the service's own credits, 3,051,875 in all.
- +50%: 4,990,000 back and 224,750 more, 5,664,250 in all.
- +100%: 9,990,000 back and 449,500 more, 10,889,000 in all.
An account bonus raises what the service earns, so the booster adds more as well. At the full 300% bonus the same M10G S earns 1,348,500 credits a month, and +100% adds another 1,348,500 next to the 9,990,000 it gives back.
Token Booster also grows the credits of a Support Boost on the same service. The +10% Support Boost adds 622,500 credits a month; with a +50% Token Booster beside it, they become 933,750.
How the credits are worked out
Each Token Booster payment adds two amounts to the account's AI credit balance:
- its own paid amount as credits, 1,000,000 credits per euro, with no account bonus applied;
- the booster's level times what the service earns over the period the booster pays for: the service's own credits at its plan multiplier and the account bonus, plus the credits of any Support Boost on that service.
The second amount is at most the booster's paid amount again. Token Boosters never grow each other's credits. The extra is worked out from the service's price and any Support Boost on it when the credits are added, and a refund takes the credits back.
Ordering and billing
It is chosen when a service is ordered and, on most plans, can be added later on the service's page in the client area, in the same place as extra disk, traffic or bandwidth. It is one list with No Extra as the default, so a service has one level at a time. Each booster belongs to one service and follows that service's billing cycle; longer cycles are discounted.
| Cycle | +25% | +50% | +100% | Discount |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | 2.49 | 4.99 | 9.99 | none |
| Quarterly | 7.47 | 14.97 | 29.97 | none |
| Semi-annual | 14.94 | 29.94 | 59.94 | none |
| Annual | 28.38 | 56.88 | 113.88 | 5% |
| Biennial | 53.78 | 107.78 | 215.78 | 10% |
| Triennial | 76.19 | 152.69 | 305.69 | 15% |
Prices in EUR, excluding VAT. A yearly booster adds its credits back and the extra for all twelve months with each payment. It is billed together with its service at every renewal; added in the middle of a period, the first invoice covers only the days left until the next due date. Adding or removing it on a service paid by PayPal automatic payment ends that automatic payment, and renewals then come as invoices to pay.
The credits are spent by Pikkumies, the AI helper inside a seedbox account, or by the customer's own AI key. In Pulsed Media's tests a Pikkumies question that runs a few checks used about 12,700 credits.
For the short version, see the knowledge base article What is Token Booster, and how many AI credits does it add?. Token Booster is offered on current paid Pulsed Media plans, starting at 2.49 EUR a month; a service whose options do not list it is on a plan that cannot take it. See what each plan includes.
