Changing user settings

cd /scripts/util
./userConfig.php johndoe 250 115

Sets for username johndoe rTorrent memory limit of 250Mb and HDD quota of 115Gb. This also changes rTorrent ports, and recreates rTorrent + ruTorrent configs from scratch according to predetermined settings.
