Administrative ticket is a management option where you can get a certain task on your service, usually a dedicated server, done by Pulsed Media. These tickets cost an hourly rate of 165€ as of 17/07/2023.
Administrative tickets are what is beyond the scope of normal support, which is always free. For example server restarts, OS reinstallations are always free.
A administrative ticket for dedicated server could be for:
- Installing MTA such as EXIM or Postfix
- Configuration of said MTA for IMAP using Courier IMAP
- Configuring a new Apache virtual host
- Configuring storage arrays // performance testing
- Adding a new seedbox user utilizing the PM Software Stack (If you do not have Turnkey seedbox management subscription)
- Setting up automatic Rsync backup for /home to specified server
