Pulsed Media Refunds Policy
14-day moneyback guarantee
Pulsed Media offers a full 14-day moneyback guarantee for the initial order of a service. If you are dissatisfied with your service in any way, you may request a refund within 14 days of initial service setup. The guarantee is there for genuine dissatisfaction with a new service — it is not a way to run a plan for free and cancel each time.
Genuine faults are always covered
A real problem on our side — an outage, a service we did not deliver, or our mistake — is always made right, and is never counted against your moneyback guarantee. We fix or refund those because it is right, not as a favour.
14-day moneyback guarantee exclusions
This moneyback guarantee excludes dedicated server, domain names and support/management services.
Repeat refunds
We keep prices low for everyone by not carrying the cost of repeated order-then-refund cycles. If refunds become a pattern on an account, we will let you know clearly, move further refunds to account credit (full value, usable on any service), and beyond that we reserve the right to decline further refunds. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse.
Your statutory rights are unaffected
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory right to cancel a new order under Finnish and EU consumer law, or your right to a refund where the fault is ours. Those two — a statutory cancellation and our own mistake — are refunds you are entitled to, and they are always returned to your original payment method unless you ask us for account credit instead. We never move money you are entitled to into credit against your wishes.
Our moneyback guarantee is a goodwill courtesy on top of those rights, and it is the goodwill part that the Repeat refunds section above limits: where that applies, further goodwill refunds are issued as account credit. Your entitled refunds are unaffected. (Crypto payments are the exception noted below: they are returned as account credit.)
Non-refundable items and services
No refunds are given for service renewals, tangible items, domain names, dedicated servers, support/management services.
Duplicate payments, renewals
No refunds are given for duplicate or excessive payments, ie. paying a single invoice twice. This "excessive payment" is automatically added as credit you can use for any invoice of your choosing. You will need to manually apply credits to invoice by viewing the invoice in the billing portal. To do this open your invoice and use "apply credits" option. This policy is also applied on subscription payments, which are preapproved scheduled payments.
Crypto payments
All crypto payments are non-refundable as Crypto. Crypto payments can only be refunded as account credit. This concerns all crypto blockchains, for example: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR), Chia (XCH) -- but not limited to just these.
Refunds processing, office and other fees
We reserve the right for 10€ (Ten Euro) processing fee, 10€ (Ten Euro) office fee for any refunds to be processed. We also reserve the right to deduct other costs incurred by processing a refund, this may include things like accounting costs, transaction fees, legal fees but is not limited to those.
