PuTTY is a free and open source terminal emulator application which can act as a client for the SSH, Telnet, rlogin, and raw TCP computing protocols and as a serial console client. It has been written to Microsoft windows but can be also found for other systems like Mac OS, Symbian, Android and Windows Mobile.
See http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html for downloading a client of your own.
