To disable password expiration, follow these steps:
1. Click Start > Administrative Tools > Computer Management
2. Then expand Computer Management > System Tools > Local Users and Groups > Users.
3. Right click on root
4. Select Properties
5. Click on the checkbox for "Password never expires".
