Bandwidth is a measure of both the amount of data transferred in a given amount of time as well as the rate of speed at which you can transfer data.
For example...
- if guaranteed 100mbps bandwidth on a seedbox, you can expect to get maximum download and/or upload speeds of 100 mb/s (12.5 MB/s).
