Download putty version of your choice from http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html
Start putty and use the connection information your given in Email. Address is the same as you use in browser to see ruTorrent, port 22. Loginname is the first part in the address and password same as given in Email to login seedbox.
Example: User is given information: http://anonymous.frozen.pulsedmedia.com/ Password q1w2e3r4t5
Connecting with putty user would use frozen.pulsedmedia.com as address to connect with putty, when the server asks for login name he would enter anonymous and then the password q1w2e3r4t5
